    Looks awesome. I have yet to try an Oregon grape that was sweet (but I haven't tried that many). Good to know they can/do have a sweetness to them

    Nope. Those are a type of Honeysuckle rather than a Holly.

    Any info on the recipe you followed? We have lots near our house but I have yet to make anything with them
