Into the smoker for a few hours after spices. Then deep fry. It was amazing, like literally amazing. I have read in recent times that seed oils are not really very good for us, ie canola, corn and vegetable oils, BUT it was truly amazing. Crispy on the outside, juicy and Smokey on the inside.

ps the turkey only takes 45 mins this way
