its pretty insane it takes them more than a day or 2, they havent accepted mail in entries in years so I dont know what takes them so long. They probably know the longer they wait, the less time people get off for hunting and the more people lose interest

If you haven't gotten a notification that you won a draw by now it's means NADA, you wasted your cash, no point in worrying about when they will come out.
