Unfortunately it’s made in the USA, however last year I picked up a Buck Vanguard. I really quite like it. Comes sharp, stays sharp. Nylon sheath kind of sucks, but serviceable.
I have the North Arm Lynx, really like it.
I have a used lynx in s35/carbon fibre im selling if you dont go with a custom. That being said on the BACknives website he looks to have a cru-wear belt knife with a bad ass sheath for sale at a great price.
Has anyone used the cutco Hunter dropped point with the double d edge. Was looking at getting accustomed made knife but quite happy with the Wife double d edge kitchen knifes
I just ordered a knife from Roy at blacktail custom designs
A couple local guy s make knives, theres Monashee Knives also Katz, each have a differenet selection
the Alley Kat is a good one
Glad to say I have hunted Northern BC
Simon Fraser had pretty good judgement on what he found in BC
Best bang for your buck is a Swedish Mora knife..sharp and hold a good edge and cost effective .My hunting partner is a surgeon and says it’s only hunting knife he packs.Don’t get me wrong, I love a finely crafted knife, but they stay at home or in camp, my mora knife is what I pack in the bush

Ron Post has been making knives for over 40 years. You might want to check what he has to offer. High quality (154CM) and great prices. https://postknives.com/
