went online..hunting license....fishing license..moose leh...deer leh...black bear tag..mule deer tag..last year 15 minutes...this year 2 hours plus 2 phone calls....gotta love progress..lol...

but its done...reciepts in print in hand.

same BS in the Peace where I've hunted for 40 years. LEH again is for 2pts, 10 or tri palm. No lack of bulls. Elk hunting last fall I saw 11 bulls in 9 days and zero would qualify for the LEH restriction. They are very abundant in the agricultural [mostly private] land where there are few predators [ griz, wolves, natives].

That's because it's a random draw, theoretically that could happen every year for the rest of your life. At least that's what they tell me every time I whine about my lack of success in the draws.

I’m aware of that, but it strikes me as odd that the same people seem to draw multiple LEHs year after year, and then others never draw a thing. If it’s as “random” as they say, it’s not very random in the end. I know of a few hunters that draw something every year without fail, and I know more than that who have never drawn a thing. I’m not saying it’s fixed, but something isn’t working right.
