    eating the Cougar, tanning the hide. Ill hang it on a hook in the man cave

    Im considering going for another. Theres a bigger Tom feasting away

    Looking forward to that if you go for #2 or even some pics of cougar dishes or hide(s)

    As for the meat, I've heard it is quite good and similar to pork. Curious your take on it, recipes and such. I think I'd try for something similar to pulled-pork sliders, but figure burgers, stir-fry and chili would all work good (that'd be the order in which I try things)
