Cool write up after a nice afternoon

Myself, I have spent most of my hunting time going after ducks and geese this fall, with my 2 year old French spaniel, and lately with my youngest daughter. And I had a great hunting season. BC hunters focus a lot on big game, for good reasons, but I am having a lot of fun discovering waterfowl hunting

My girlfriend find think duck hunting was a thing . She didn’t know anyone that hunted ducks.

Duck hunting goes back 3 generations in my family. Duck hunting to me is about more then just shooting a limit of birds, dont get me wrong that’s super exciting and rewarding as well. Duck hunting reminds me of my father and times we used to share in the duck blind. Just the smell of the Marsh and the taste of the birds sends me back 30 years in time.

Glad you’re getting out there and enjoying waterfowling! it’s addictive!

My daughter after her first goose hunt.(ps she's also an Olympic gold Medallist)I grew up with no hunters in my family until my buds dad took me when I was 12 .That was 51 years ago and I never looked back.Still like it as much but maybe don't go out in the weather like I used too.
