The cat climbing on the mount was priceless.

Stanfields for everyone….best gift ever. Especially with cost of heating.

I would have to say a chainsaw.
Nothing is like climbing a mountain, and then feeling like you are at the top of the world.

I’d like to find something like an afghan Kazan, but not made out of aluminum. Maybe something stainless. It probably wouldn’t be too bad to clean if you don’t get it too hot.

Does anybody have a lead on a decent thermos for holding about 500ml of soup or chili? Easy to clean, leakproof and keeps things warm. Everything I look at has bad reviews.

It’s a litre, not 500ml, but I’ve got a Stanley thermos that has yet to fail me. Just this weekend I filled it with freshly boiled water without preheating it at 7:30am Saturday. Left it in the bed of my truck with temperatures around -15 to -20. Got home about 5:30pm Sunday and the water while not hot, was still noticeably warm. Need a bottle brush to give it a good scrubbing out, but those are cheap.

Here you go. Zojirushi made in Japan. I have one of their large thermos for 12 cups of coffee I got as a gift 20yrs ago and best gift ever. Keeps coffee piping hot for 24+ hrs. Kicks ass on my Stanley. Still piping hot the next day. Would imagine their soup thermos is very good as well and good price. Get one and thank me later. HoHoHo!!
