i planned for 6 days but my trip lasted a day longer than planned......my neighbour from down the street couldnt make it up...Merv called in sick for the hunt too...but i did end up running into a fellow who i met in the area before so hunted with him for the last 2 days of the hunt,,,we ended up with 2 WT...the bigger one was a really good sized one....

her shoulder was behind a tree and she was quartering slightly away so i had to put one a little back of ideal...i had a rest and felt good with the shot...bullet entered between 4th and 5th rib and exited just behind the shoulder near the first rib...nicked the grass bag but was able to clean it all out...no meat wasted......for some strange reason i decided to get a better look at the stomach contents...mainly because we were pretty far back and i was curious to see if it was going down to eat farm food...i found a 6 inch ball of bailing twine in there
