anyone been out in 3-30, 3-31? what are the road conditions/snow level like?
I'm wondering if it would be possible to make it out in those areas with my jeep?
any input would be appreciated.

A Buddy got chased out a few days ago with 18 “ fresh snow and near. - 20 temps had to chain up all 4 wheels ! RJ
Dang! That's a bit too much for my Jeep to handle! Thanks for the info
I'm trying to narrow down some ground to hunt this weekend.
Anywhere around Kamloops has a ton of snow up higher. Been hiking in knee deep pow and saw some does that were up passed their belly in a few areas. Tough slogging and hard to access any spurs of a main. Lots of deer track heading downhill!
Challenging year out there
some ground was warmer when the first snow hit so there is a layer of ice on the bottom
nothing 4 chains can't deal with though, snow is deep but light and fluffy
Glad to say I have hunted Northern BC
Simon Fraser had pretty good judgement on what he found in BC
The canyon from Lytton to Clinton was a sheet of ice. Private highway contractors not really doing a good job of the treating the notoriously bad sections. Good Luck and drive safe.
Good to hear.
I can’t remember the last time the main plateaus had a decent level of snow in them come this time of season.
It used to be the norm and made for great hunting.
Hope it keeps flying.
Minus 20 though, that makes for a long day of moving around to stay warm.
Any colder and taking a piss is no fun
I’ve pulled three jeeps out of the ditch and otherwise bad spots this week since the snow dumped, 18” is being conservative in some spots.. I had to chain up all 4s on my quad and snow plow my way into retrieving some gear I left in the bush after harvesting my deer.
if you don’t have a machine, go towards Kelowna and south or something, don’t mess around around here without a winch chains and balls of steel on the less travelled roads.
Was up at the top of 3-28, 3-29 and 3-30 just this morning. The farther north you go the less snow there seems to be but there's still quite a bit up there. The main Jamieson road is ploughed up to the Bonaparte fork and down towards Vidette. Forget any spurs though unless you like tough slogging.
