    Ian F. 's tutorials

I have just finished taking all four of the tutorials, and making them one word document (not a busy day at work). I took out the attaboys and stuff but left in the constructive ideas and advice by others. Makes it easier for me to read. I am not sure if other people would want a copy, or if I can post it up here (it is 203K). Might be nice to have as a sticky? In the mean time if you want me to email it to you leave me a message.

It is called a Butt set or Butt In. In the phone industry it is used be technicians to clip into (butt in) to peoples phone lines. In my previous job at Telus (for over 10 years) I was in installation and repair. It was one of the main tools of the job, used for letting you listen, make calls, test etc. I did mostly residential and small business work, including being in the second group of people trained to do ADSL work when it was first available.....cutting edge stuff back then.
