owner reached out to me.. apparently it was a singular employee, acting in their own self interest let’s say.. and once other team members were made aware of what happened (my posts) I was phoned and the owner/manager filled me in and did his best to rectify the situation, case of one bad apple spoiling the rest it seems, I shouldn’t have taken it out on the business in its entirety but due to me being vocal, they were able to sort out some issues.

Thanks, I was wondering if that was who we are talking about.
I think there is enough reputable guys here in this province to deal wth, imo.
But I get it, there are some good deals on stuff if ordered from back east like fishing reels.

I edited because I didn’t want to bump this again, but yes it’s a shop out east it was a really hard to find item that I’ve been scouring the web to find for 5 months.. the whole situation seemed like it would have had to be multiple peoples failings but that wasn’t the case, I can’t be mad at someone willing to work to rectify a mistake they didn’t even make themselves.

I found a hard to find item years back at Als. Had a great transaction! That was my only dealing with them.

Most of the problems in this world are due to some people... they seem to get in everywhere at times.

I bought a rifle from A F a few years ago online (lived in Ontario) and it was an easy transaction and fast delivery.
