And that is it I guess, it is all about the journey. Scratching one off my list is somewhat diminished if it is to easy.

a few years back I set out to catch a 20 pound char on a fly. I’ve gotten so close but am just short of the mark. But, I’ve had a lot of fun along the way.

I love dry flying for pinks in a clear river.. give it a try on a big run its action packed.

Drive to Atlin, BC and head east of the town about 10 minutes. There will be a bridge over the creek that flows out of Surprise Lake. Caught Tons of arctic grayling there. No need to bush wack or hike just a 30 hour drive

Yup ! Good tip there bhb -then head down to Palmer lake ( south of town ) for some Great pike Fishing ! RJ
