Heading to Osoyoos lake for bass on on the 21st of june, pointers?

Done Bass fishing before but not on this lake. I understand it will be spawn/post spawn but any pointers where on the lake to go? Also where to go for Carp?

    Cheers, Nick

The Carp are everywhere so that shouldn’t be a problem.

last year we caught bass all along the spit that almost crosses the lake. I used soft plastic worms using the drop shot
method along the drop offs and the edges of the mill foil

We've caught 11 different kinds of fish there, 5 kids in the boat for 45 minutes, 45 perch, great stuff for the kids.
Brew said it, carp all over the place, throw some chip's in the shallows in later afternoon and scoop them with a net.
Carp usually won't chase a lure, let it sit on the bottom and wait and watch for your line to go tight, 4ft rod and 10 lb carp, what blast.
Bass are in the weeds in 12 to 20 feet of water, caught a monster 9 lb Bass under the bridge.
You'll have a blast and good luck

haven't targeted them since i was a kid but they sure used to love a yellow flatfish, or a mr twister (or rubber split tails) on a beetle spinner... a mepps used to do well also sometimes....worms seemed to work great too

Might consider Vaseux Lake a little farther north for bass too.
