Diesel has been around $1.76 lately in Chilliwack and Abby but I seen a Shell station in Mt. Lehman today that jumped back up to $1.91. Hopefully not a sign of things to come

$1.14 in Calgary on Tuesday. Hitting the Costco with 10 Jerry cans tomorrow before heading home. $1.13 there.

Gas Buddy is a must here, as prices waver by over 20 cents depending on location.

    We were there having coffee.

Spokane was $3.59 USD per gallon. We are down that way every other week or so, and fill up wherever it is cheapest on the drive. The absolute minimum I save is about $0.35 per liter. I wouldn’t drive all the way to Idaho to “save” money, but the extra 10 mins from Spokane saves me about $20 usd on a tank. Buys a lunch or bottle.

Since we are talking about price gouging here (more or less), has anyone looked at truck tire prices lately??? I’m seeing insane prices for anything worth putting on the truck. Toyos are $625 per, BFGs are right there, Yokohamas are even more. And very little stock in most sizes. Might have to sell the truck to buy tires for it!

    625$ per tire????!!!
Got toyo m55 just 2.5 years ago, think it cost 1500$ for 4.
But I believe you, there’s a lot of things that went way up.
My buddy had a quote for 20k in outboard envinrude parts for his 200’s, but waited several months due to rolling it into his mortgage that was coming up for renewal, and went to order, and prices went from 20k to 25k!
Same parts, just a few months apart.
    Insane!

I thought this was the low season for gasoline consumption?
Thus prices staying low, but doesn’t look like it.
    I think it’s a 1.80$ around me currently.

There are cheaper prices around, but try finding anything in stock…

    Yes, again will tell everyone.
If you are looking at your tires, and you are thinking I have got a couple of thousand k still on them.
    Think again, order now!
And then there is the whole tire blowout scenario also as the very wrong time.
    Potential severe damage to truck.
And you end up with tires you really didn’t want, or not your first choice.

    petrocan bumps prices to 175.9

"The latest posts on gasbuddy.com show Kelowna gas stations are charging between 165.9 and 174.9 cents per litre. However, the Costco on Baron Road is selling for 159.9 a litre.

In Penticton, there is a wide range of prices, from 157.9 to 174.9 cents a litre.

Kamloops motorists are paying 155.9 to 159.9 per litre.

Vancouver-area drivers are paying 179.9 and 187.9 a litre for the liquid gold.

In the provincial capital, Victoria drivers are paying 179.9 a litre.

In the Alberta provincial capital, Edmonton motorists are getting gassed up for a lot less than in the Okanagan, with prices ranging from 124.9 to 131.9 a litre.

Prices in Calgary range between 124.9 to 133.9."
Glad to say I have hunted Northern BC
