Has anyone been to Canim Lake resort? Curious to if the management is hunting friendly as we are heading up for the long weekend and I plan on going out with the kids to look for bears in surrounding areas. Just want to plan ahead for meat care and how discreet I need to be with bringing game to the camp.

Been there, nice place... you could call them and ask what their policy is on dead things... if that's a no go, try South Point Resort...

Great bear huntin in that neck of the woods. I was working near there and stayed at Canim back in the early 90s. They had a game pole in those days!

I am friends with the owners of Reynolds Resort on Canim Lake. Was just there this weekend. Go stay there next time. Very hunter friendly place and nice cabins. I had a bear burger this weekend that they shot near there last fall.
