years ago packing in with my horses i came across a valley with a high bowl and when i entered the bowl it was an absolute treasure trove of fossils of all descriptions. Spent a few hours fascinated by it. Ive often thought over the years of planning a trip back in just to spend time in what i would call the bowl of fossils.
on another trip i came across a waterfall and behind it i found a cache of arrow heads and some stone ware .
The back country never fails to impress.

I can’t figure out how to upload a photo, but once about 7 or 8km back in the bush in region 3, just sitting beside a game trail I found a full Corona. Didn’t taste half bad either!

I found a deceased person. Way off the side of a mountain, far away from any trails. It was horrific. I called in SAR/RCMP, their best guess is the victim fell from the ridge above while taking a selfie.
