    same here - all burger...all goes to ground as my family eats more burger than roasts (occasionally) or steaks (very rarely)

    This! I just cut the whole neck up in 6 to 8 pieces and slow cook it in a mixture of beef bullion, onion, garlic and it turns out grand. Everything turns to jello and it falls apart on the plate. I do the same with shanks.
