Hi everyone.I will be up in FSJ for the first week of December, and will be doing some Elk Hunting while im there for a few days. I applied for the LEH tag knowing i would be around up there and was granted the draw. I am looking for some tips on how you would go about hunting for Elk at this time of the year. I know that they will most likely be on private property at this time of the year, but does anyone have any luck on any public land areas? Also, is it hard to find hunting permission for the Elk while your up there for private? Always willing to share fishing tips around TNRD for good information haha.
