Hi everyone,
Just a quick question, I wanted to take my kayak to pitt marsh on the weekend for some waterfowling.
I was wondering if i can shoot on the lake and river from my kayak as long as I am not shooting towards the shore?
Thank you!

Check the special area map, it shows you where you can and can't shoot from.

If your kayak doesn't have a motor, you can shoot from it with no issue. Shooting towards shore, depends on where you are. Check the map, it will show you this.
You can shoot from certain areas in the river, the lake is pointless as there aren't any birds up there.
Thanks for responding!
I will probably be on both bodies of water. I will lower my expectations and focus on paddling.
I want to walk through and scout the marsh itself as well. How do people typically hunt the marsh itself?
