    OK good to know thanks..so you don't have to cook duck meat to a certain temp to kill all parasites prior to smoking good to know..

    Have you tried cormorant gerkied?

    Good luck B rad. If you’ve got a spot the birds are using I’ll bet it will be a great shoot. Best time of the season.

    Are they stocked due to such a short head? The below was stocked in 1970.
