Great hunting experience and story. Looks like you have those Mule Deer figured out, well done.

Awesome story. Mind me asking what range you practice your long-distance shooting at?

I drive into the mountains and set up gongs at variable distances with safe backdrops. Safety is key when shooting long-range outside of a designated, club shooting range.

Last time I hunted with my dad was in 1976. You are lucky in many ways.
The challenge of retirement is how to spend time without spending money.
The worst day slinging lead is still better than the best day working.
Look around is there someone you can introduce to shooting because that’s the only way we will buck the anti gun trend sweeping Canada! "tigrr 2006"
