Can anyone really "ROCK" an Instantpot?
Knowledgeable shooters agree- The 375 Ruger is the NEW KING of all 375 caliber cartridges. ALL HAIL THE NEW KING!

It does a great job of air frying, baking, roasting etc. Can fit a large chicken or a large pizza. Air fried veggies are amazing, chicken wings are good and pretty well everything else we have tried.
Also have a 22 quart canner for canning fish, veggies, meat etc.
Cheers

I like to do ribs in the instapot. Mix a bit of bbq sauce and water in the bottom. Throw the ribs in for 40mins or so, then finish on the bbq with some more sauce to get that charred flavour.
Squash cook up pretty darn quick in there too.
We love ours but I have to admit we use it less since we got our air fryer.
One of my faves is start with some oil, garlic onions, carrots and celery in the bottom of the instapot. Brown the roast (tri-tip a fave) or short ribs in the cast iron while that sautees. Cut up a bunch of potatoes and wrap them in tinfoil with some butter and herbs. Put the browned meat in on top of the celery/onions then put the foil potatoes on top of everything. Instapot is pretty full at this point. I think I pressure cooked for 40 minutes then let it drop down in temp for another 20. Lift the potatoes out, baste the meat with a bit of BBQ sauce and put it under the broiler for 2-3 minutes while you make gravy in the remaining veggies and meat fat. A bit of flour and a bit of cornstarch makes a nice gravy.
Add a salad if you feel absolutely necessary.
Delicious.
Is Justin Competent, or just incompetent?
Insta pot or stovetop pressure cooker. The best for shanks IMHO. 45 minutes moist and tender. Much better then slow cooking them. Curry shanks are fantastic.
insta pot also makes great rice. I use it like a pressure cooker instead of a one stop cooking gadget.
Eat your dessert first.
Lots of fans of the air friers I see. Ribs in the instantpot and finished on the barbie, like that. Tinfoil potatoes in there too, a true one pot meal. Awesome guys thanks
Hunt, Enjoy, Repeat
They are good for decarboxylating cannabis. No smell.
Use traditional, if it's slow cooked then a slow cooker otherwise stove, stove top, BBQ, big green egg or smoker
I like drinking beer and whiskey, shooting guns, jetboating, love a nice rack and a tight line, I am simply a sophisticated redneck...
