if you had one of those home security systems with the camera, you could be watching deer at home while not finding game elsewhere....at least you would be able to say you saw one while hunting....heheheh

    Feeling probably 85%

No soreness, but neck is still stiff. Funny thing is my neck feels the best after a day of hunting ducks

I have more than my fair share of urban ungulates raiding my yard & garden. A veritable wild kingdom not all that far from downtown. And yes, their wild brethren make an a$$ of me every fall.

Cool photos of the deer Mike..but really like the pheasant photo..
A new single fawn bedded next door on the lawn for 4 hours ? Very small..but healthy ..no mom to be seen..
Lots of bears yesterday..BIG sow..with 2 cubs..another sow with 1 cub..another sow no cubs..then I seen 5 ELK and one MASSIVE 6 POINT BULL ELK all on the Indian reserve at deep creek / highway 97.not sure if any would have survived the night.
Plus as I was out of my vehicle admiring the elk...my 2 friends coming home from Dease lake fly in hunt drove past me going home..instantly recognized Tim's truck..and utility trailer.
All the way out I keep looking for that Dodge truck canopy stolen out of Pg..seen a few Dodge trucks but non had the checker plate lower panels

Yup. Headed out this morning to find a nice 3x3 mulie chowing down in the yard. Momentarily lifted its head to see what we were doing, then went back to calmly feeding. Spotted a mulie doe on my hunt.

The pheasant spent some time on the neighbours' roof.
