You might check to see if those places noted would be willing to ship at your cost. I used to rent wall tents as part of VantagePoint Outfitters and would ship by bus. Sadly VP Outfitters and Greyhound are not in business now.

What is a good going rate for wall tent rental?
I have a really nice one that has only been used once on a moose hunt. Trying to decide to rent it out or sell it.
By renting it out I still have the option to use it.
