Hello all we have a draw in 7-12.
We have heard there are fires and road closures in the area.
Any information on the area would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Because in a sense, it's the coming back, the return which gives meaning to the going forth. We really don't know where we've been until we've come back to where we were. Only, where we were may not be as it was because of who we've become. Which is, after all, why we left.

Thanks will do

I had a draw there several years ago right after a big fire. It was EXCELLENT! We hunted the areas right adjacent to the burn and they were full of moose. Biggest bull ive ever seen in 7A was up sinkut mountain. Absolute monster. Luckily for him this was when I was not hunting and doing cut block layout. Try and get up there a day or 2 before your draw opens so you can do some scouting. Hope for rain and look for fresh tracks. Good luck
We found a lake and cut a trail 1k to it,we were throwing back 16"rainbow trout. We will be going back next June just to fish.
Thanks for the reply Todd ,Tin and Great white..
We have been slowly getting the gear ready....
We will be camping on the Holy cross or perhaps the Kenny dam fsr.( fingers crossed it opens).
We leave th 29th and need to be back on the 16th.
Hopefully the rut is in full swing.
