    If you were in Vernon this morning you wouldn't need a smoker, you could just hang your fish or meat outside

    ha ha. I don’t doubt that. We aren’t that far away from that here in the LML either. I think we are finally getting a taste of what you guys have been living through for the last couple of months.

    I got one of these couple years ago and they kick serious a$$!! Several buddies now have them after trying some of the food that came off mine. Highly recommended!

    My Bradley is going on 25 years now. Digital control would have been a nice upgrade but wasn't available then. Never had an issue.

    Lil' Chief was a workhorse before that - sort of miss the lil chief days - not really.

    I think the propane is more the smoke/cooking unit. But you can do more in the Winter.
