    Sturgeon fishing sinkers

Where can I find the mould for casting my own sinkers for sturgeon fishing? Couldn't find anything with a Google search.

I would have to buy one for that too, would prefer to just get the proper one to start and save a step. Gotta be some moulds out there somewhere

Make your own mold. I drilled a 1 1\4" hole in 1"X2" hinged square bar with a 1/8" hole for the wire in the bottom of the hole. Different depths = different weights. Mine was for halibut fishing in tidal zones. I spray with liquid graphite for easy release. I'll look for the mold and take a pic.

The worst day slinging lead is still better than the best day working.
Look around is there someone you can introduce to shooting because that’s the only way we will buck the anti gun trend sweeping Canada! "tigrr 2006"

Yep, gonna say we used to make our own. First ones we made the mistake of using rebar wire for the for the attachment point. Ended up being too soft and actually went to a bent spiral nail. Unfortunately I don't have any to show.
We never did use any release, as they were always 2 pcs and came apart easy.
I have even seen guys just use a 1" x 3/4" or like empty iron bar, cut to length, add wire, pour lead and leave them in the bar stock.

Flatter ones always seemed to hold better.
