    Muskwa/Tuchodi water levels 2021

Opening day sheep coming fast. Just thought I’d throw out the ask for boating conditions a little early so folks can hopefully plan accordingly. My little boat is going regardless but always good to know what to expect. Thanks in advance for any info boaters are willing to share.

Right now water would be high, won’t really know until early August, good luck on your trip, keep the tub on step!

Drove by the Muskwa yesterday evening.
The river is still very high.
A week ago it was flowing bank to bank.
give it another three weeks and the river should be back to normal levels, of course that could changed with lots of rain.

I don't think the amount of water in the Muskwa/Tuchodi ever becomes an issue until later on in summer/fall. i.e. not having enough

Well there’s goes a long planned hunt! Pulled the pin on trip north for opening day sheep. Things are just too dry down here in the EK and I can’t justify leaving the mrs, kids and dogs home alone with a 14 day forecast with more heat, possible lightning and no meaningful precipitation. Family first, but if situation somehow improves the little snapper gets hooked up to truck and fort Nelson bound. That all said, I wish all of you the best of luck opening week. Go get’r dun before the Americans show up on the 9th!
