Tunkwa Evacuation Order

Tunkwa lake, Paska lake, Dominic lake and Face Lake areas are all now under evacuation order.

I really hope all the people in those areas stay safe!

From what I can see on this site ( https://firms.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov...120.8,50.6,13z ) the fire is about 5k east of the lake and doesn't appear to be moving west at this time.

Amazing that a lot of the same area that burned in 2017 in the Elephant Hill fire appears to be burning again - here's a good map of the evacuation orders and fire perimeters of that area and the Tunkwa area. Its absolutely devastating for those affected.

As a side note, anyone else have trail cams that could be melting right now? I've got spots in 2 different regions that are surrounded by fires and think some cameras could be toast. Will this be the norm going forward? On the bright side, just think of the outstanding forage this will generate

Hotter and longer heat spell then Arizona desert has had. Hope for rain boys and girls.
