Cathedral parks lakes are good.
The hike in and out is hard, you can pay ~$100 or so to take the private bus up.

A few high lakes hold Cutthroat, they are pretty hardy, and feisty on an ultralight
We have had fresh fish for dinners at the Slocan Chief cabin
Never say whoa in the middle of a mud hole
