    McLeod lake...

Has anybody fished McLeod Lake north of Prince George?
    Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I have stopped a few times for lunch at the nice Provincial campsite.
Sometime, when not in a rush to get up north, I would like to stay a few days and do some fishing.

I spent a weekend at Tudyah, it was last resort after all other plans fell through...did ok on bull trout and rainbows, and lots of big pikeminnows (5+ lbs, actually a fun fight on light gear lol)
Unfortunately, the rifles are getting lighter because we are getting heavier and more unfit as a society. This is the key to the mainstream acceptance of the short magnums. - Nathan Foster

Lots of decent trout but nothing fantastic. The pike minnows can get up to 6 lb they're kind of fun. I've never done it but several at the campsite at whiskers point have done pretty good on lingcod. Most seem to set their lines out around the island straight out from the campsite.
No one on their death bed ever said; I should have spent more time at work.
