I was always interested in seeing how my snares preformed. After this video, I hung a lynx set on the trail in view of the camera. I ended up catching a female, she was expired just as the 30 second clip finished. I can’t seem to find that clip though.

There is a road kill moose under the snow there that I had set out for a wolf bait, it seemed to attract a couple cats more so then dogs lol.

over the many years of working, hunting, camping ...in the BC wilderness only saw a few lynx with no problems.

Great info! That picture makes the difference much more obvious, similar to the higher black bear's rump vs a Grizz rump. Thanks for the link Mr Potzold. Its pretty rare to hear about bobcat attacks - must have been really hungry.
