I think your discovery project is absolutely an outstanding idea . Hands on learning is exactly what some people need . Hell I probably would have stayed in school if I had that opportunity. Good on you guys . Absolutely fantastic!!!

Many variations on schnitzel in Germany & Austria. Jägerschnitzel (Hunterschnitzel) is one of my faves & features a mushroom sauce. Classic Wienerschnitzel is breaded & served with a slice of lemon. All good.Originally Posted by wildcatter
