The only problem is the travel restriction does not allow anyone within Lower Mainland to travel outside since hunting is not assessed to be "essential". Well, we still got Squamish, or just wait until May 25th when the government lift the restriction.

Just want to say you're a solid and generous dude for doing this. I would definitely have taken you up on this offer if I was still in the lower mainland.

Now I'm up in region 6, reading/watching, and slowly learning the ropes of shooting/hunting, etc. Right on ya man.

This is really great. Thank you to the original poster for putting this up. For first time hunters it can be hard to get yourself to the point of having everything available to actually go hunting. So for someone to offer to take a first timer out, is why I really like this forum.

I think that should be the catch 22, some good HBC reads have come from Dad and Son's bear camp and I personally felt it important to keep the tradition alive.

Great thing you are doing Dad and Son ! Look forward to hearing about who you take under your wing and a story to go with it .There are other members on here as well that will help out hunters that have not bagged a specific species or their first animal .
