Hello goat hunters!

I’m curious what everyone’s opinion is of goat meat? I’m very interested in mountain hunting and I’m thinking of applying for a goat LEH (close to home) this year. But, I’ve never tasted mountain goat meat before and anyone I’ve talked to about it has given me very mixed reviews. As much fun as climbing a mountain and bagging a goat would be, bringing home quality meat is my number one priority.
