It’s been my experience that when cutting out coffee/ caffeine the headaches will eventually subside .

This is an issue for me. I quit coffee once and after a few months started again. Life was different for a while.
I am considering quitting it again. It bugs me.

They definitely do. It took me about six days when I quit a couple of years ago. After my vasectomy a couple years ago, I got sick right after and that’s what prompted it. I was laying on the couch for over a week, so I decided to get the suffering over and done with.

I am admittedly a coffee snob. I have 5 espresso machines (3 stove top, a Saeco at home and a Nespresso in the camper.

Vias are great, but I also like Starbucks cold espresso cans. The 200ml ones are tiny and light. The 500 ml ones are sugar bombs. Coke Classic works for me too.

Willmore park, Alberta. I can’t remember the exact name of the creek running in the background, but it will probably come to me in the middle of the night

    I think it’s seep creek
