Awesome family project. The best part will be trying it out in the field.
I bought one of the titanium ultralight ones last year. I think the chimney is 2.5" and the firebox is 7x20". Much smaller than I imagined. Yours will keep a good size space warm and dry.

Nice Project but unless you modify it to be as Airtight as one wants in a Stove you will burn Wood like crazy, generate way to much heat for a short time and need to feed the Beast every 45 minutes and forget a good nights sleep. Been there done that.

did you make the fire box or was it from something else? I recognize the cap as a wall vent. nice looking project.
