Superfeet for me. There's a pair in every pair of shoes/boots I own. Im pretty sure they have different profiles available if you have high or low arches etc.
I use Superfeet (green) because I need arch support. Generally much better for me than the stock footbed. Superfeet come in several different profiles/volumes for different feet.
Custom orthotics for me. $650 - but my health insurance from work pays for it.
