peltor tactical ear muffs

i see Cabela's selling Peltor Tactical electronic muffs for $69.99 all said an done they would be about $100.00 are these any good????

I like mine and hunt with them as well as shoot. they can get warm in the hotter weather but great in the fall as ear muffs too. I generally care them on all my hunts, its nice not having the ringing and ear damage. batteries last a long time too.
