I cut it up into long strips. Coat in flour and into a pan with hot olive oil.

Add a clove of thinly sliced garlic into the pan and cook until done, flipping once.

Season with salt and pepper and serve! ... It was very good.

We dont make elaborate recipes at our house, because we dont like spending a lot of time at the stove. We keep things simple
