How to obscure a face ?

I’m wanting to post a couple of pictures from Imugur to HBC but would like to hide my identity ,obscure my face , no I’m not wanted by any law enforcement agency !
How do I do that ? I see others have their faces blanked out . It’s a smart person that can make the process simple !
    Thanks

Open the pic in Microsoft paint. Put a big black circle on your head, do a save as and post the link from the save as file.

Thats as simple as it gets..

Better still, put a bag over your head and retake the picture

I choose not to answer that question as I choose not to incriminate myself.
