I was checking out a rec site I would want to stop in for the night on my way out. It lists that fees are in effect april-oct 8th, 2019. You think I'll be good to camp there with no fee? Cottonwood (Lillooet) is the site.

You’re good to go, fees are not collected after thanksgiving.
Just stayed at one for a week, no fee
what a great province we live in.
Indeed it is.

I would never pay a fee to go camping.
That's not, at all, the point of camping. Paying a fee to set-up by other people.....
I almost never pay to camp, and have spent thousands of nights in my campers over the years. From BC to Michoacan I camp on public land as much as possible, but there are certain times that dictate that you have to pay to play. It’s usually when I want to fish a specific lake for a few days. It’s nice to have a waterfront site with the boat pulled up in camp. Bush camping means trailering a LOT. Which makes for an unhappy wife...
If we’re not supposed to eat animals, how come they’re made out of meat?
