Cured Roe in a pickle jar?

So I decided to try the Pro-Cure Redd Hot Double Stuff this time instead of Pautzke Balls O'Fire.

Did the jar method. Put them in a clean pickle jar in the fridge. Have to do one more day in the fridge before vacuum packing them.
Opened the jar up and smells pretty strong like pickles. Didn't smell the jar before putting the curing roe in since the eggs were starting to juice.
The dry pro-cure doesn't have much of a scent unlike the Pautzke. Maybe its the smell of the cure after it gets wet and into the eggs?

Thoughts on whether that will mess up my chances of getting bites on them, will it make no difference or will it help?
