    GOS Moose

Well I think we are going to head out and try our luck at GOS spike fork moose this year. We are going from Nov 9- Nov 15 and hoping you guys may give some advice or pointers.
I asume this timing will have us out there post rut so do you still call the same as in mid october? would they be heading for more timber than marsh? We have had luck moose hunting in october but that was also LEH any bull a little easier .

    Thanks

1.5yr old bulls don't partake in the rut/breeding. They'll usually be not too far from their mother, so concentrate on likely feeding areas with good cover/water nearby. If there's snow on the ground when you're hunting, that will make finding sign easier
