You Bring in a Butcher to tie up those roast's ? LOL How you cooking up them ? What seasoning ? What Temperature and for how long ? RJ

Ha Ha RJ ! The butcher was slow , he said he was not used to cutting without all his PPE , mesh glove , boning apron . Don’t know if I will use him again . LOL .To be honest we have not cooked a roast yet ,just steak, stew and ground venison . Cooked the steaks medium rare with Keg Steak Spice , delicious ! I will post up the first roast meal in this thread when we do one ! I’m a happy fella and my better half loves it as well !

Thanks for sharing your story with us looks like you got yourself a nice buck especially for your first. Let us know when those roasts are cooked and ready we can have a old fashion tastings (social distanced of course). Haha in all seriousness congratulations Arctic hope that was the fist of many.
