7-13 Moose info....??

Friends have a draw for 7-13 and I am trying to help them out with info on moose populations and area to check out. I have done forestry work up there, but not for 10 years now..... I used to like the North East sections of that zone along and closer to the Stewart river but any info would be great if you are willing to share. PMs are appreciated. Thanks in advance..

Lots of moose signs. I quad around breadalbane lake all the time. I see lots of moose signs but never any actual moose. But then again, My quad is loud and I’m not hunting. Try to avoid the pipeline. There’s lots of construction going on. Lots of black bears.

I can’t tell you specifically because there’s so many lakes and swamps around, they could be anywhere. Most of the construction going on is on the left side of the sturgeon point road, right before the boat launch. They are building up the pipeline road to it.

My friend said he ran into a lot of cows on blow mountain road. Not sure if this is a good thing or it means nothing.

Blue mountain not blow mountain lol. Lots of swamps and lakes on that road.
