This includes trail cams that can sent notifications to your phone as well as drones and similar technologies
Essentially, you can use cell phone notification type game cameras in months when the season is closed for scouting purposes, but not when the season is open for hunting purposes.
Totally a good rule.

I know I'm being pedantic, but isn't every trail cam wireless? Or do they mean wireless communication?
So most trail cams have "Infrared" night vision for nightime shots. Is that illegal as well? I haven't seen a trail cam that doesn't have infrared night exposure.
