Halfway river with Horses

Hey folks, we are going in the Halfway trail with quad and 4 horses. The plan is to camp near the quad trail somewhere. I would like to camp at Horse camp but who knows if others will already be there or not. Any suggestions on camp spots along the trail that are suitable for horses with a decent meadow? Does anyone know what the trail conditions are like? I have been in the Redfern trail and Sikanni trail. Is the Halfway good like the Sikanni or shitty like the Redfern or somewhere in-between? Thanks for any feedback that you have.

Halfway trail is very good. There are a few meadows on the way but I would go to horse camp.

The start of the trail is the worst part, unless you are paying to go through the ranch. Make sure you get the info about the motorized vehicle restrictions.

Thanks guys. We paid to go through the ranch and stayed at horse camp. It was a good time but no animals where harmed. Lol
