Stryker is the best inflatable going IMO.

The Sea Eagle SE 370 looks like a viable ocean kayak, but since few paddlers can generate even 1/2 horsepower, it limits options.

As mentioned above...any inflatable that is folded up to store will crack at the fold over time. Liberal use of 303 protectant in these areas (and on the whole boat for that matter) will help extend the life of the material.
Northernguy thanks. I'd come across the Saturns before and glad to hear of your opinion. Their Kaboats look interesting and their kayaks look affordable. Which model do you have?

I would have to agree about the Stryker boats.

I've got three Zodiac Grand Raids and am generally a pretty devout Hypalon snob, but my friend bought a 14 foot Stryker last year and I can honestly say I'm very impressed with it. Time will tell how long it lasts, but for reasonably light duty it should be just fine. I would say great value - especially at a third of the price of a comparable Hypalon boat.

Stryker comes apart within a few years. Seams split and hardware breaks.

Everett thanks for the recommendation. It looks like a viable option.

Buy an Achilles, or an AB and you will have no worries.
